We visit your property, study the topography, soil conditions, existing structures, and your vision. We discuss style, scope, budget, and timeline — no pressure, no obligation.

Design & Engineering

Detailed plans, 3D renderings, and engineering specifications developed in collaboration with your architect and landscape designer. Every dimension, finish, and system is specified before ground breaks.

Permitting & Coordination

We handle all CT and municipal permits, zoning compliance, and coordination with general contractors and utilities. We know the process inside and out in every town we serve.

Construction

Excavation, forming, steel reinforcement, gunite application, plumbing, electrical, tile, coping, plaster, and equipment installation — all performed by our experienced crews to exacting standards.

Completion & Handoff

Final inspection, water chemistry balancing, equipment orientation, and a comprehensive walkthrough. Your pool is ready to enjoy, and we're always just a call away.
