How payments are structured
A sound custom pool draw schedule ties payments to inspection milestones — never ahead of work completed:
- Deposit at contract
- Draw at excavation and steel
- Draw at gunite
- Draw at finish and plumbing
- Draw at equipment and startup
- Retention released at final inspection and acceptance
A front-loaded schedule where a builder collects most of the money before gunite is a red flag. Ours is milestone-tied and transparent.
Financing options
We do not finance construction directly. Most clients use one of:
- Home-equity line or loan (HELOC) — the most common route, often the lowest cost of capital
- Renovation / construction loan — for projects tied to a larger home build or renovation
