For 37 years, working as a 4th-generation pool builder, we have built custom gunite pools for some of the most demanding properties in Fairfield County and lower Westchester. The projects below are representative of the work — the engineering challenges we solve, the design vocabulary we work in, and the standards we hold. Out of respect for our clients, all projects are described by lot type and technical scope only; no addresses or names appear here.

Riverside Waterfront Vanishing Edge
A sound-shore property with a grade to the water — a vanishing-edge wall doing double duty as the structural retaining element.

Backcountry Greenwich Ledge-Rock Build
A sloped backcountry lot on Manhattan Schist — rock excavation, engineered shell, integrated spa.

Bedford Hills Gunite + Water Feature
A four-acre Westchester estate parcel — custom gunite pool with integrated water features and full automation.

Weston Estate Renovation
An aging gunite pool brought to current code and a contemporary finish — shell repair, full re-finish, equipment, autocover.
How we work
Every project starts with an honest site walk — slope, soil, ledge, trees, water table, view corridors, and the town’s permit profile. From there: stamped structural engineering, a permit package built to pass on first submission, and construction sequenced around the realities of the Northeast season. We hold the engineering standard on the details that never get inspected but show up in 15 years.
